Winter on Yellow Creek

Twin trees, joined at the base and stripped of their leaves, spread their snow-kissed branches across the canvas. A creek winds past the trees, its water yellowish from the dim sun above, while a narrow gray road cuts diagonally across the scene and disappears into the dense forest.
